These About pages are a necessary evil. For some reason people invariably want to know more about what I do, especially my mum who still doesn’t really get what it is I do.
What I’m passionate about
Creating and refining exceptional user experiences. Predominantly online but frankly if you want to talk coffee-shop design, the visualisation of criminal evidence or getting your customer service right, I’m likely to have an opinion.
Where I do this
After a good spell at the UK’s largest general insurer, I moved to the UK’s brightest digital agency, Dare, in 2008. So I’m based in London.
And when I’m not working?
I’m either riding my Cannondale single-speed, Twittering on my iPhone, getting into edit-wars on Wikipedia, or getting in the way of my uber-ambitious wife, Jo.
